About Bea

I was born in Budapest, Hungary and ever since I can remember I have loved to draw.

Unfortunately, for a long time my artistic talents went undiscovered because I had to choose a traditional career that was more in demand.

Luckily, one day my husband, a clock specialist, asked me to paint a flower on a clock face and he liked it very much. From then on he has inspired me to paint more.

I love creating paintings, especially portraits mostly of women with elegant clothing, or children. My style and subject matter is continually evolving. This versatility is shown throughout my portfolio.

I like to paint with acrylics but I experiment with other mediums too. Mostly I create the characters from my imagination and this process takes some time.

However, once completed, it pours out of me onto the canvas quickly. Then I pay great attention to adding details and applying the finishing touches.
